We're a small team and we read everything.

Report or block someone

Open the profile of the person you want to deal with, tap the more (•••) button, and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides them from you immediately and removes any conversation between you. Reports are reviewed and we act on ones that break our rules.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, photos, and messages. You can also email us at support@slidepal.app from your account email and we'll handle it for you.

I'm not seeing anyone nearby

SlidePal shows people around your current area, so make sure location access is on (Settings → SlidePal → Location) and try widening your search or moving the map. New people show up as more join near you.

Change my photos or socials

Tap your profile, then edit it to swap photos, update your emojis, or change which Snapchat, Instagram, or TikTok handles are shown.

Who can see my profile

When you're discoverable, people near you can see your profile, photos, and any socials you've added. You control your socials, and you can report or block anyone at any time.
