SlidePalTerms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SlidePal ("we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use SlidePal.
Who can use SlidePal
You must be at least 17 years old to use SlidePal. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your account
You sign in with Apple and are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your information accurate, and don't impersonate anyone or pretend to be someone you're not.
Community rules
SlidePal only works if people aren't jerks. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
- Post nudity, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or anything illegal.
- Spam, scam, advertise, or solicit other users.
- Upload photos that aren't you or that you don't have the right to use.
- Try to break, scrape, or abuse the service.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block anyone from their profile, and we remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own the photos and content you add. By posting them, you give us permission to display them in the app so the service can work. You're responsible for what you post.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
No warranties
SlidePal is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that you'll meet anyone, that the app will always be available, or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SlidePal is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users. Always use good judgment when meeting or talking to people.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
